Navigator 365 Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to us, and so is being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you. 

This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use Sharepointalist Navigator 365 for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Sharepointalist, we and us refers to Sharepointalist Inc. Navigator 365 and app refers to Sharepointalist Navigator 365 for Teams and SharePoint.

Information and data a customer shares while using Navigator 365 remain within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant under existing security policies. Navigator 365 does not store or communicate customer data outside of customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant.

What information we do collect

  • When you request information or register a trial through the app, we will ask you to provide basic contact information.
  • Navigator 365 app uses common internet technologies, such as cookies, to anonymously manage aggregated in-app usage patterns to provide the best possible experience with the app.
  • Navigator 365 collects basic anonymized usage statistics for the subscription/licensing tracking.

How we use information we collect

  • Sharepointalist does not share or sell any information to third parties.
  • Sharepointalist uses information collected to provide you with the best service possible.
  • Sharepointalist may use information collected to provide users with information about services and company activity.

How we store your data

Your personal data is securely stored on servers hosted by Microsoft in USA. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.

Data retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Your data protection rights

  • You have the right to request from us at any time information about your personal data stored with us, their origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom it has been transmitted and about the purposes of the processing of personal data. You have the right to access your personal data.
  • You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. You have the right to complete incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.
  • You have the right to delete your personal data within 1 month of the end of the subscription. If the erasure would be contrary to legal, tax-legal or other legal reasons, the place of erasure of your personal data may only be limited by their processing.
  • You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
  •  If you require to obtain personal data that we process, we will pass it to you or another administrator or processor you mark in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In this way, we will only transfer your personal data to another administrator if technically possible.
  • You have the right, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you.
  • When contacting us by e-mail or post on the contact specified in the header of this document, we will store the information you have communicated (your e-mail address, your name, or address and telephone number) in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data stored in this way after the reason for their storage has ceased, or we will limit their processing if there is a legal obligation to keep them.

How we share information we collect

  • Sharepointalist will not share, distribute, or reference its limited customer data, unless required by law.
